We will consider loans secured by any type of improved real estate located in Alaska, except for Owner Occupied 1 to 4 unit residential properties.
The easiest types of property to finance, and therefore the ones for which the most loan programs are available, are income producing apartments, rental houses, business properties, and warehouses.
However, we can finance properties that are not currently rented or properties needing rehab, if the borrower can show the ability to make loan payments from other sources and/or has a credible exit strategy for repayment of the loan.
