Loan Application

To submit an initial application for a Loan through CA$H NOW FINANCIAL CORPORATION, please submit the following:

  1. A cover letter outlining the amount and proposed use of the requested loan and a description of the property to be pledged as security (if you have an old appraisal, photos or other details on the property this will expedite the application process). In this cover letter please explain your plan to secure funds to repay the loan.
  2. Complete and submit the Short Form Loan Application.
  3. Complete and submit the attached Schedule of Real Estate Owned.
  4. Provide copies of the first two pages (signed) and Schedules C and E (if applicable) of your Income Tax Returns for the past two years.
  5. If this is a loan for purchase/rehab/resale, we will require a detailed budget for the cost of the rehab and a resume outlining your experience in rehab or your contractor’s experience.

If, after review of your Loan Application, it appears that we can facilitate the requested loan, we will provide you with a Preliminary Loan Proposal outlining the terms and conditions of the proposed loan and listing additional information required to complete our loan review. At that time we will request a $500 deposit to be credited toward closing costs. Of that amount, $250 will be used to purchase a preliminary title report. The remaining $250 will be retained as compensation for our efforts in underwriting your application even if a loan is not granted.
